My boss, can’t stand one of our fellow co-workers. I’d hate to alienate my boss by acting as if she is completely wrong for gossiping . Especially speaking about our co-worker.
What do I do? How do I distinguish myself as a fellow teammate that can be trusted– someone who doesn’t speak about others. After all, I wouldn’t gossip about her (my boss), if others on the team were gossiping. I want my boss to know that I’m A. uncomfortable with these types of discussions, and B. that I would do the same for her and can be trusted.
